Adjusted the body modifier and it actually went back to normal again. I just sort of tapped it, it's still at the same body size as before. does this mean it's just a bug? Try removing some of the items from the inventories and see if that helps. Try removing the localthumbcache.package file from the Sims 4 folder and see if that helps to prevent it occurring.
