That way users who are following can get those emails, or even stop following if they don't want that level of detail. WebbI have a shared mailbox on an Exchange 2016 server. For some reason it isn't receiving external emails. I have double checked and there is no forwarding setup. I also checked and all senders are permitted to send, no authentication required. I tried sending a test message from my personal email address on the icloud.com domain.
