Take the flywheel and measure the torque convertor bolt pattern and tooth count, or you can look it up in a parts book. The exhaust ports on these heads point down rather than out like on the other small blocks. I think the 351C headers are much easier to install than regular 302 headers.

One was out of a running W and the other was my new MSD dist for the C.
