WebIt's a custom offline BO2 client that allows mods and doesn't connect to treyarch/steam servers at all. There's no way to noclip in BO2. The command console is locked, and the config file is encrypted, so it's impossible without using some kind of hacks. And VAC picks up that shit really quick. So don't risk it.
